At a Regular <br />RESOLUTION NO. 398 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS <br />day of September 1968 at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall with the following <br />members present: Rustad, Johnson, Malvin, Lang <br />meeting of the Village Council held on the 23rd <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Rustad moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the following assessments <br />and after deliberation it is determined that said assessments should be abated, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessments be abated <br />and that the County Auditor is instructed to delete said assessment from the tax <br />roll of the affected properties: <br />Lot 11, Knollwood Park (59 -4200- 111 -00): Delete 41.84 feet <br />at $5.20 per foot equalling $217.57 from DP 47. <br />Member Johnson seconded the resolution <br />those voting in favor: <br />those voting against: <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this 23rd <br />day of September 1968. <br />Mayor <br />Deputy Village Clerk <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ss. <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW) <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of <br />Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the <br />attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of <br />
