A G R E E M E N T <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this23rdday of SeptemhPr 196by <br />and between the Village of Mounds View, a municipal corporation, in <br />the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, hereinafter called the <br />Village, and clarpnre .T_ 5muder and Tinian (r_ Snuid.P.r_ husband and wife <br />the fee owner and /or contract purchaser who owns the following described <br />property: <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Laport Meadows <br />WHEREAS, the said property has now been divided into 5 <br />f°°""; separate lots and it is necessary that special assessments be apportioned <br />against each lot, and <br />WHEREAS, the owner hereby agrees to a reapportionment of <br />said assessments, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED that this document shall <br />be considered a petition as provided for in Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429.031, Subdivision 3, which the owner understands allows the Village <br />to specially assess his property without public hearings and the owner <br />hereby waives all of the statutory requirements to enable the Village <br />to certify an assessment to the Ramsey County Auditor's office; and <br />the owner hereby agrees to allow the Village, by its own action to assess <br />the above described property in the amount set out in the Exhibit hereto <br />attached, for a 30 year period at 6% interest, commencing the first <br />day of January following the date of this Agreement, and owner further <br />
