RESOLUTION NO. 400 VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA At a regular meeting of the Village of Mounds View held on the 23rd day of September 1968, at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, Johnson, Lang and the following members absent: None Member Malvin moved the following resolution: A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DETOUR OF TRAFFIC FROM SILVER LAKE ROAD TO COUNTY ROAD H, LONG LAKE ROAD, AND COUNTY ROAD H2. WHEREAS, the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District has requested permission from the Ramsey County Highway Department to excavate Silver Lake Road between County Road H and County Road H2 for the purpose of installing an extension of its joint interceptor system, and WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Highway Department requires the approval of the Mounds View Village Council of any detour of traffic from Silver Lake Road, and WHEREAS, the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District has proposed b detour traffic from Silver Lake Road ;y way of County Road H, Long Lake Road and County Road H2, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that: 1. The Mounds View Village Council hereby approves the detour of traffic from Silver Lake Road to County Road H, Long Lake Road, and County Road H2. 2. That the Village Clerk forward copies of this resolution to the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District and to the office of the Ramsey County Engineer. 3. That the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District notify the Mounds View School District, Mounds View Fire Department, and Mounds View Police Department, of the date when the detour authorized herein is to commence. 4. That the above described detour shall not extend for a period longer then two weeks from the beginning date. Member Lang seconded the resolution: those voting in favor: Rusted, Malvin, Johnson, Lang
