Ph RESOLUTION NO. 402 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the Village Hall, on the 7th day of October, 1968, at 6:30 <br />o'clock P.M. with the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, <br />Johnson and Lang <br />and the following members absent: None <br /> I/ Member Rustad introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably <br />appropriated to the sinking fund for the retirement of principal and <br />interest on the following improvement bonds the sum of $67,800.00: <br />Improvement bonds of 1968 <br />Improvement bonds of 1966 <br /> I 0 Improvement bonds of 1965 <br />Improvement bonds of 1963 <br />Waterworks Improvement Bonds October 1960 <br />Waterworks Improvement Bonds -May 1960 <br />8,200.00 <br />23,300.00 <br />12,200.00 <br />3,700.00 <br />1,000.00 <br />19,400.00 <br />That the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby requested and <br />directed to reduce by $67,800.00 the taxes levied for collection in <br />the next ensuing year for payment of the said principal and interest, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.61. <br />
