At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the 28th day of <br />October 1968, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall with the following members <br />present: Rustad, Malvin, Lang, Johnson. <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Malvin moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the following assessment <br />and after deliberation has determined that said assessments should be abated <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessments be <br />abated and that the County Auditor is instructed to delete said assessments from <br />the tax rolls of the affected properties: <br />1.
