A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS ON VILLAGE PROPERTY <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the 13th day of <br />November 1968 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall with the following members <br />present: Rusted, Malvin, Lang, Johnson <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Rusted moved the following resolution: <br />those voting in favor: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7 1 0,7 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS AND TAXES ON <br />VILLAGE PROPERTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has acquired title in fee <br />simple absolute to the properties attached hereto, and <br />WHEREAS, said properties have levied thereon taxes and assessments <br />current and delinquent, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the assessments and taxes <br />and after deliberation has determined that said assessments and taxes should be <br />abated, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the assessments and taxes <br />levied against the properties attached hereto shall be abated and that the County <br />Auditor is instructed to abate said assessments and taxes and delete same from the <br />tax rolls of the affected properties. <br />Member Malvin seconded the resolution <br />those voting against: <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this 13th day of <br />November 1968. <br />Mayor <br />
