A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND DEPUTY CLERK <br />TO APPLY FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEITED LANDS. <br />At its regular meeting held on the 13th day of November 1968 <br />at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with <br />the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, Lang, Johnson <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Rusted moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND DEPUTY CLERK <br />TO APPLY FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEITED LANDS. <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View requires the East 30 feet <br />of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of <br />Section 7, Township 30, Range 23 for a public utility and highway right -of -way <br />purposes, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village has been notified by the County Auditor <br />that said property shall be sold as tax forfeited lands, unless the Village <br />specifically applies for and requests the conveyance of said lands to said <br />Village, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Mounds View <br />hereby applies for conveyance of tax forfeited lands described above for the <br />purposes stated above, said property being non conservation land, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Deputy Clerk be authorized <br />to sign the formal application requesting said conveyance. <br />Member Malvin seconded the resolution. <br />Upon roll call the following members voted aye: <br />the following members voted nay: <br />Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion duly adopted this 13th day <br />of November 1968. <br />Deputy Village Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. ./66S <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />j C <br />Mayor <br />7 <br />
