VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />DeputyClerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 418 <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the 25th day <br />of November, 1968 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall with the following members <br />present: Rustad, Johnson, Lang <br />and the following members absent: Malvin <br />Member Rustad moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS <br />WHEREAS the Village Council has reviewed the following assessments <br />and after deliberation has determined that said assessments should be abated, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessments be <br />abated and that the County Auditor is instructed to delete said assessments from <br />the tax rolls of the affected properties: <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ss. <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW) <br />(1) Smuder Addition <br />Lot 1 Block 1 (Parcel 59- 6970 010 -01) <br />See Division No. 39591 Abate DP 43 in the amount of $234.30 <br />Member Lang seconded the resolution. <br />Those voting in favor: Rustad, Johnson, Lang <br />those voting against: None <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this <br />25.th day of November, 1968. <br />Mayor <br />o ,1 -I 6,1 <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Deputy <br />Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have <br />carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of <br />the governing body of the above municipality held on the date therein indicated, <br />and that the same is a full, true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the <br />
