DeputyVi l age Clerk <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />(SEAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 419 <br />VILLIGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village of Mounds View held on the <br />251th day ofNovember, 1968, at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. <br />Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following members present: Rusted, Johnson, Lang <br />and the following members absent: Malvin <br />Member Rustad moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SALE OF NONCONSERVATION LAND <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by <br />resolution dated September 9, 1968, classified as nonconservation land, certain <br />land lying within the limits of the Village of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution <br />together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval <br />of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, <br />Section 282.01, sub. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification of the <br />land shown on said list as nonconservation land and the sale thereof be and <br />hereby is approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Village Clerk be and hereby <br />is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the <br />Land Commissioner. <br />t A4i <br />Mayor <br />I, Dennis Zylla, Deputy Clerk of the Vil'_age of Mounds View, do <br />rereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the <br />Board of the Village of Mounds View at its meeting held on che4eth day of k:.- 1968. <br />25th November <br />Deputy Village Clerk <br />
