A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE BOARD OF <br />TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1969 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VIL/AGE /CITY OF Mounds View <br />SECTION 1: That pursuant to Laws of Minnesota. /961, Extra Session, Chapter 90, <br />Sec. 3, Subdivision 2, the Council of the Village /City of <br />Mounds View makes the following selection and appointment, to —.sit: That <br />Richard :;Johnson is hereby appointed from among the members of the Council of <br />the Village /City of Mounds View as a member :f the Bc.3rd of Trustees <br />of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District to serve on said Boa;-d of Trustees <br />of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer. District during the year 1969 and until his <br />successor is appointed and qualified.
