RESOLUTION NO._ 427___ <br />VILTTAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS. <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council held <br />on the 27th day of January 1969 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Village Hall <br />with the following members present: Hodges, Rustad, Blanchard, Johnson <br />and the following members absent: Malvin <br />Member Blanchard moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the <br />following assessments and after deliberation has determined that said <br />assessments should be abated, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following <br />assessments be abated and that the County Auditor is instructed to <br />delete said assessments from the tax rolls of the affected properties: <br />1. Parcel 59- 0070 040 -83, D.P. 36, water service, <br />$105.00, is hereby deleted and abated. (Water <br />service does not exist). <br />Member Johnson seconded the resolution. <br />Those voting in favor: <br />those voting against: <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution adopted this 27th day of <br />January 1969. <br />Village Clerk <br />Mayor <br />
