RESOLUTION NO. 433 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a Regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Mounds View, held on the loth day of <br />February 1969 at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112 with <br />the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, Johnson, Hodges, Blanchard <br />those absent: None <br />resolution: <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CLERK TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF FRIDLEY AND THE VILLAGE OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERMITTING <br />CERTAIN RESIDENTS IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS <br />VIEW TO CONNECT ONTO THE CITY OF FRIDLEY'S <br />MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM. <br />WHEREAS, agreement has been reached between the <br />City of Fridley and the Village of Mounds View to allow the residents <br />living in the Village of Mounds View on Stinson Boulevard (Pleasantview <br />Drive) to connect to the Fridley municipal sanitary sewer system under <br />certain conditions and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council is agreeable to the <br />provisions therein recited, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of <br />Mounds View hereby agrees to the terms and conditions of the above <br />recited agreement, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Clerk <br />are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the Village <br />of Mounds View. <br />Member Malvin seconded the resolution <br />those voting in favor: Rusted, Johnson, Hodges, Malvin <br />Blanchard <br />those voting against: None <br />
