Resolution No.. 433 Authorized Signing of the following Agreement AGREEMrm T BETWEEN THE CITY OF FRIDLEY AND THE VILLAGE OF MOULDS VIEW FOR THE FL'FPOSE OF PERMITTING CERTAIN RESIDENTS IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW TO CONNECT ONTO THE CITY OF FRIDLEY'S MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this 10th day of February 1969, by and between the City of Fridley and the Village of Mounds View, WHEREAS, it is mutually beneficial that certain residents of the Village of Mounds View be permitted to connect onto the sanitary sewer system of the City of Fridley, NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed as follows: That certain property fronting on Stinson Boulevard (Pleasantview Drive) between County Road H2 to County Road I in the Village of Mounds View be permitted to connect onto the City of Fridley's municipal sanitary sewer system subject to the following conditions: 1. The Village of Mounds View or the individual property owners will pay to the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District the established REC charge, such REC charge to be charged against the Village of Mounds View's allotment and not the City of Fridley's allotment. 2. That the Village of Mounds View will pay to the City of Fridley sewer use charges at the same rate as is charged residents of the City of Fridley, less the NSSSD use charge for the same service, such charges at this time being $7.00 per quarter including the $4.50 payable to the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District. 3. The type of service to be connected to be one family residential units only. 4. That the Village of Mounds View on behalf of the residents pay to the City of Fridley, at the time of connection, the equivalent lateral charge as is called for in the City of Fridley Ordinance No. 113, the same as is being charged to the residents of the City of Fridley who connect to the municipal system and who have not previously paid a lateral assessment. The present rate being paid Fridley residents is $6.88 per front foot and will remain at $6.88 per foot during the year 1969. The rate per foot charged for the equivalent lateral charge will be recomputed at the end of each calendar year. If the rate per foot increases the City of Fridley will allow connections for a six month period at the old rate.
