RESOLUTION NO. 434 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the <br />Loth day of February 1969 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Village <br />Hall with the following members present: Rustad, Johnson, Malvin, Hodges <br />Blanchard. <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Blanchard moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the following <br />assessments and after deliberation has determined that said assessments <br />should be abated <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessments <br />be abated and that the County Auditor is instructed to delete said <br />assessments from the tax rolls of the affected property: <br />Vi g Cler <br />1 age <br />ler <br />Parcel 59 -0080- 140 -29 <br />Abate 33 feet of water and sewer assessments <br />due to street dedication as follows: <br />D.P. 35 33 feet x $3.85 per foot $127.05 <br />D. P. 47 33 feet x $5.20 per foot <br />33 feet x $1.50 <br />Total $221.10 <br />Total Abatement $348.15 <br />Member Malvin seconded the resolution <br />those voting in favor: All present. <br />those voting against: None <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution adopted this <br />loth day of February 1969. <br />Mayor <br />4 <br />
