At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the <br />10th day of February 1969, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at 2401 <br />Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota, 55112 with the following members <br />present: Rustad, Malvin, Johnson, Blanchard, Hodges. <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member Rustad <br />those voting against: None <br />RESOLUTION NO. 435 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING, RELEASING <br />AND DISCHARGING CERTAIN UTILITY <br />AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, the following described easements are not <br />needed by the Village of Mounds View, <br />NOW, THEREOFE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk <br />are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are necessary <br />to effectively release the following described easements: <br />Utility and drainage easements over the Southeasterly <br />10 feet of Lot 1, Southerly and Southeasterly 10 <br />feet of Lot 2, Northerly 10 feet of Lots 3, 4, 5, and <br />6, South and Northwesterly 10 feet of Lot 7, North- <br />westerly 10 feet of Lot 8, all in Block 1, Park View <br />Terrace, according to the plat thereof filed of record <br />in the Registrar of Titles within and for Ramsey County, <br />including any part of any street or alley abutting said <br />premises vacated or to be vacated. <br />whereupon Member Johnson seconded the motion: <br />those voting in favor: Rustad, Johnson, Malvin, Hodges, Blanchard <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the reslution duly adopted the 10th <br />day of February <br />Village Clerk <br />F44S L 1 <br />1969. <br />Mayor i/L <br />
