This Division <br />provides for the setting -up of one lot across the south end of Lots 108 <br />and 109 and facing on Silver Lake Road. This new lot is served with water <br />from Silver Lake Road, however the existing water assessments are against <br />the North end of Lots 108 and 109, with nothing charged along Silver <br />Lake Road. <br />The Village Council has decided that this lot should be charged for <br />100.00 feet of frontage as in D.P. 35. We have prepared the assessment <br />and sent it along with this letter.
