RESOLUTION NO, 438 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the <br />24th day of March 1969 at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway <br />10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following members present: <br />Austad, Malvin, Blanchard <br />and the following members absent: Johnson, Hodges <br />Member Blanchard <br />moved: <br />A RESOLUTION DEEDING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, Eigenheer Builders, Incorporated, a Minnesota <br />corporation has granted to the Village of Mounds View a highway <br />easement over Lot 14, Block 2, Greenfield, according to the plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, and <br />WHEREAS, in exchange for the receipt of this easement the <br />Village Council has agreed to reconvey to Eigenheer Builders, <br />Incorporated the following described property for which purpose <br />the Village no longer has any use, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Mounds <br />View hereby agrees to deed to Eigenheer Builders, Incorporated <br />the following described property, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby <br />authorized to execute the necessary documents to effectuate such <br />transfer. <br />The property to be deeded is described as follows: The <br />East 33 feet of the West 163 feet of Lot 14, Block 2, Greenfield <br />according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County Minnesota to <br />Eigenheer Builders, Incorporated. <br />Member Malvin seconded the motion: <br />
