At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the <br />12th day of May, 1969, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at 2401 Highway 10, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, 55112 with the following members present: <br />Rustad, Malvin, Johnson, Hodges and Blanchard <br />with the following members absent: None <br />Member Hodges moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING, RELEASING AND <br />DISCHARGING CERTAIN UTILITY AND <br />DRAINAGE EASEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, the following described easements are not <br />needed by the Village of Mounds View, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and <br />Clerk are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are <br />necessary to effectively release the following described easements: <br />The South 10 feet of Lot 1; and the South 10 feet <br />of the West 1/2 of Lot 2; and the North 10 feet <br />and the West 5 feet of the East 10 feet of Lot <br />19; and the West 5 feet of the East 10 feet of <br />Lot 18; all being in Block 1, Nordling Terrace, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />whereupon Member Johnson seconded the motion: <br />those voting in favor: Rustad, Malvin, Johnson, Hodges and Blanchard <br />those voting against: None <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this <br />12th day of May 1969. <br />Village C erk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 439 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Mayor <br />;4,(11 <br />
