RESOLUTION NO.440 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council held at 8:00 P.M. <br />CDST on the 23rd day of June 1969 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following members present: Rusted, <br />Malvin, Johnson, Hodges, Blanchard <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Johnson moved the following: <br />A RESOLUTION TO THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER <br />DISTRICT RELATIVE TO TEMPORARY CONNECTIONS BY THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has been a member <br />of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District since its creation in <br />1961, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View entered into a Sewer <br />Use Agreement with the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District which <br />established the method of financing the general obligation bonds <br />issued by the District, which included user and connection charges, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has paid its connection <br />and user charges, and <br />WHEREAS, the 1969 Minnesota Legislature passed legislation <br />creating the Metropolitan Sewer Service Board (Laws 1969, Chapter 449) <br />which will succeed the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District January <br />1, 1971, and which may acquire the assets, interceptors, and other <br />appurtenances built by and owned by the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer <br />District on or before January 1, 1971, and <br />WHEREAS, the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer. District and <br />the City of Fridley entered into a supplemental agreement to the <br />Sewer Use Agreement, which has been interpreted by the District Court <br />to allow the City of Fridley to temporarily connect to the North <br />Suburban Sanitary Sewer District interceptors, and that connection <br />charges for such temporary connections are deferred until the District <br />
