A G R E E M E N T <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this 14th day of July 19 6 9 b1 <br />and between the Village of Mounds View, a municipal corporation, in <br />the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, hereinafter called the <br />Village, and Gordon H. Lampert <br />the fee owner and /or cmntract purchaser who owns the following described <br />property: <br />Spring Lake Park Knolls, E 125 feet of Lot 83, Parcel 59- 7090 -831 -00 <br />WHEREAS, the said property has now been divided into <br />2 separate lots and it is necessary that special assessments <br />be apportioned against each lot, and <br />WHEREAS, the owner hereby agrees to a reapportionment of <br />zaid assessments, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED that this document <br />shall be considered a petition as provided for in Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429.031, Subdivision 3, which the owner understands allows the <br />Village to specially assess his property without public hearings and <br />the owner hereby waives all of the statutory requirements to enable the <br />Village to certify an assessment to the Ramsey County Auditor's office; <br />and the owner hereby agrees to allow the Village, by its own action to <br />assess the above described property in the amount set out in the Exhibit <br />hereto attached, for a periof of 15 .years on the water, an <br />years on the sewer and, 15 years on the street at 6% interest, <br />commencing the first day of January following the date of this <br />Agreement, and owner further agrees that all assessments and interest <br />
