This Division sets <br />up a new lot on the vest 120 feet of Lot 20, Woodlawn Terrace, end facing on <br />Sherwood Road. This new lot is served with both sewer and water with <br />services from Sherwood Road, and the existing assessments are charged along <br />Woodlawn Drive. <br />According to village policy this lot should be charged for 120.00 feet of <br />water frontage as in D.P. NO. 35 and 120.00 feet of sanitary sever and <br />street frontage as in D.P. NO. 47. We have prepared the Special Assessment <br />and are sending it with this letter.
