RESOLUTION NO. 448 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the Village Hall, on the 6th day of October, 1969, at 8 :00 <br />o'clock P.M. with the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, <br />Blanchard, Johnson and Hodges <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Malvin introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS FOR SEWER, WATER, <br />STREET, SURFACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS 1968 -2 and <br />1969 -1 <br />WHEREAS, Subsequent to the assessment hearing held on the <br />15th day of September 1969 the Village Council as a whole has reviewed <br />all of the properties where objections were raised verbally or in <br />writing. All objections were reviewed by the Council and Village staff, <br />mathematical corrections were made and all objections relative to <br />benefit and formula were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Mounds View, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The special assessments for sewer, water, street, surface <br />drainage improvements 1968 -2 and 1969 -1 are hereby adopted, and it is <br />hereby found and determined that each lot, piece and parcel of property <br />so assessed is benefitted in the amounts of the respective assessments <br />levied against it. <br />2. The assessments for the following described parcels may be <br />paid in cash, without interest, if paid within 30 days from the date <br />hereof, or may be pail in five (5) equal, annual installments in the <br />same time and manner as the payment of real estate taxes with interest <br />at the rate of 8% per annum from the date hereof to December 31 of the <br />year in which the first payment is payable to be added to each <br />
