Y <br />AIM,C Clerk <br />Y1114' Vi age Clerk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 451 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the Village Hall, on the 6th day of October, 1969, at 8:00 <br />o'clock P.M. with the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, <br />Blanchard, Johnson and Hodges <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Ordinance #97 establishing a Public <br />Improvement Revolving Fund authorizes the Council to declare a <br />portion of said fund as surplus, and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that a surplus does exist in <br />said fund, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Mounds View: <br />That $40,000.00 of the Public Improvement Revolving Fund is <br />hereby declared to be surplus and that said amount shall be deposited <br />in the general funds of the Village. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Blanchard and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following members voted in favor thereof: Rustad, Malvin, Blanchard, <br />Johnson and Hodges <br />and the following members voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />J <br />Mayor <br />
