<br />The Clerk presented a proposed form of bond and coupon for the printing
<br />of $1,115,000 General Obligation Water Revenue Bonds of 1969, which was examined
<br />by all members present, approved and ordered placed on file in the office of the
<br />Clerk.

<br />Member Hodges then introduced the following resolution and
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View,
<br />Minnesota, as follows:
<br />1. Pursuant to the authority and for the purpose described in the reso-
<br />lution adopted on September 8, 1969, entitled "Resolution Determining Total Costs
<br />and Calling for Issuance and Sale of $1,115,000 General Obligation Water Revenue
<br />Bonds and $205,000 Improvement Bonds of 1969," and in accordance with the contract
<br />for sale of said bonds, the Village shall forthwith issue its General Obligation
<br />Water Revenue Bonds of 1969 in the aggregate principal amount of $1,115,000, all
<br />dated November 1, 1969, said bonds to be 223 in number and numbered from 1 through
<br />223, each in the denomination of $5,000. The bonds shall mature in order of serial
<br />numbers onFebrnary 1 in the years and amounts set forth below, and the bonds of
<br />each annual maturity shall bear interest from date of issue until paid or duly
<br />called for redemption at the annual rate set forth opposite such year of maturity,
<br />as follows:
