Change in: D. P. 34 <br />Motion by: Rurtad <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of Mounds View. ad- <br />opted 9/12/60 the Special Assessments for the construction of D. P. <br />#34 were levied against the attached list of described prop- <br />erties, said list made a part herein: <br />And WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been conveyed or replatted <br />and are described according to the attached list, and said list made a part herein: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Mounds View, that <br />the assessments for D.
