A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENTS <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on the 8th day <br />of December, 1969, at 8:00 P.M. o'clock in the Village Hall with the following <br />members present: Rusted, Malvin, Blanchard, Hodges <br />and the following members absent: Johnson <br />Member Blanchard moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the following assessments <br />and after deliberation has determined that said assessments should be abated <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessments be <br />abated and that the County Aud'Lor is instructed to delete said assessments <br />from the tax rolls of the affected property: <br />December, 1969. <br />Village <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Abatement of 30.00 feet of <br />sewer street frontage <br />Charged to Parcel 59 -0070- <br />040-81 and dedicated to street <br />DP -47 Swr.
