At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />Mounds View held on the 8th day of December 1969 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br />at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota, <br />55112 with the following members present: Rustad, N.elvin, Blanchard, Hodges <br />and the following members absent: Johnson <br />Member Rusted <br />RESOLUTION NO. =F9 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />moved as follows: <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING L. J. BLANCHARD <br />THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW REPRESENTATIVE <br />TO THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER <br />DISTRICT FOR DECEMBER 1969. <br />WHEREAS in January of 1969 the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View appointed Richard Johnson as its representative to the <br />North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District, and <br />WHEREAS, Richard Johnson has moved from the Village of Mounds <br />View and out of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District as of the <br />first day of December 1969, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View is desirious and is <br />entitled to fill said vacancy, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Mounds View that L. J. Blanchard, a member of the Village <br />Council is hereby designated as the representative to the North <br />Suburban Sanitary Sewer District from the Village of Mounds View for <br />the month of December 1969 to fill the unexpired term of Richard Johnson. <br />Member Hodges seconded the motion. <br />Those voting in favor: All present <br />those voting against: None <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted the <br />8th day of December 1969. <br />Cier L <br />1 <br />e <br />Mayor <br />
