RESOLUTION NO. 470 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />Mounds View held on the 22nd day of December 1969 at 8:00 o'clock <br />P.M. at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, <br />Minnesota, 55112, with the following members present: <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member Eustad moved: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CLERK TO EXECUTE THE NORTH SUBURBAN <br />SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SUPPLEMENTAL <br />SEWER USE AGREEMENT WITH THE VILLAGE OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW. <br />WHEREAS, the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District has notified <br />the Village of Mounds View of a public hearing to be held on <br />December 23, 1969 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Blaine City Hall, <br />pursuant to the Sewer Use Agreement approved by the Village of <br />Mounds View on the 23rd day of March 1964, for the purpose of <br />amending said Sewer Use Agreement by adopting a Supplemental <br />Sewer Use Agreement, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View is desirious of entering <br />into said Supplemental Sewer Use Agreement, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: <br />1. The Supplemental Sewer Use Agreement, Exhibit C attached <br />thereto as amended, and Ordinance No. 1 of the North Suburban Sanitary <br />Sewer District are hereby ratified and approved by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Mounds View. <br />
