RESOLUTION NO. 472 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the <br />Village of Mounds View held on the 12th day of January 1970 at <br />8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, with the following members present: <br />Rustad, Malvin, Hodges, Blanchard Neisen <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Rustad moved as follows: <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING L. J. <br />BLANCHARD TO THE NORTH SUBURBAN <br />SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT BOARD OF <br />TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS <br />VIEW. <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of <br />Mounds View that L. J. Blanchard, a member of the Village Council <br />is hereby designated as its representative to the North Suburban <br />Sanitary Sewer District for the year 1970. <br />Member Malvin seconded the motion. <br />Those voting in favor: Rustad, Malvin, Hodges, Blanchard, Nelsen <br />those voting against: None <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted the <br />12th day of January, 1970. <br />Village Clerk <br />kJ <br />Mayor <br />
