RESOLUTION NO. 474 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View held on the 12th day of January 1970 at 8:00 o'clock <br />P.M., at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, <br />Minnesota 55112, with the following members present: <br />Rustad, Malvin, Hodges, Blanchard, Neisen <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Blanchard moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING INITIAL CONNECTION, <br />RESIDENTIAL EQUIVALENT CONNECTION, AND USE <br />CHARGES FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW SANITARY SEWER <br />SYSTEM PURSUANT TO MOUNDS VIEW ORDINANCE NO. <br />128.110. <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Sanitary Sewer Ordinance No. 128.110 <br />authorizes the Village Council to establish rates and charges for the <br />use and service of the sanitary sewer system; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br />Section 1. Definitions. <br />a. User: Any person, individual, partnership, <br />corporation, association or political subdivision <br />applying for a permit to connect to the Mounds View <br />Municipal Sanitary Sewer system or actually connected <br />to said system. <br />b. Initial connection: That connection that any <br />user makes to the Mounds View Municipal Sanitary Sewer <br />System. <br />c. Residential Equivalent Connection: (REC) <br />The average discharge rate per day of sewage into <br />the sanitary sewer system for a single family <br />residence equals 1 REC. For purposes of this <br />resolution 1 REC does not exceed 200 gallons per day. <br />RECS shall be determined pursuant to a formula <br />
