ARTICLE VII <br /> overtime <br /> 12otion It Overtime is defined as all hours worked in excess of eight <br /> (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week, and for all hours worked <br /> on the sixth (6th) day, Sunday, and legal holidays or days observed an <br /> holidays. <br /> Agcti n . overtime for all iwployoos shall be paid as it Is earned at <br /> _Q <br /> the rat* of time and one-half (1�) cash payment. On the five scheduled <br /> work days, the compensatory time shall be time and one-half. on the <br /> 6th day and Sunday, holidays, and days observed as holidays, it shall <br /> be time and one half (11�) cash payment. <br /> Section- 3. An employee called back to wcrk after he has completed his <br /> regular work day or called out on his day off shall receive a minimum <br /> of two (2) hours ' compensation at the overtime rate. <br /> ARTICLE Vill <br /> Wages <br /> NoUlblM <br /> Foreman $ 758. + H&W <br /> Public Works maint.
