RESOLUTION NO. 47B <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the <br />Village of Mounds View held at the Village Hall at 2401 Highway <br />10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, on the 13th day of April, 1.970 <br />at 8:or o'clock P.M., with the following members present: <br />Rustad, i!adges, Blanchard, Neisen <br />and the following members absent: Malvin <br />Member Rustad moved the following: <br />A RESOLUTION ENDORSING AND SUPPORTING THE <br />"621 GROWTH COORDINATION COMMITTEE" AND <br />PROVIDING FOR REPRESENTATION ON SUCH <br />COMMITTEE. <br />WHEREAS, representatives from a number of municipalities <br />within Independent School District 621 have jointly formed a <br />committee known as the "621 Growth Coordination Committee and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of this organization is to aid in <br />growth and development of tax base for Independent School District <br />621, consistent with recognized principle of highest and proper <br />land use planning, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View is located within the <br />boundaries of Independent School District 621, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View would benefit from the <br />accomplishment of the objectives of the committee, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Council of <br />the Village of Mounds View does hereby endorse and support the <br />organizat' and efforts of the committee to develop a broader tax <br />base consistent with the recognized princirles of the highest and <br />proper land use planning, and <br />WHEREAS BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Village <br />Council would demonstate its endorsement and support by annually <br />
