At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />107C at 8.00 o'elnok P.M. <br />M011ilns View held on Lhe 27Lh tiny vi yiia <br />at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota, <br />55112 with the following members present: Rusted, Malvin, Blanchard, <br />Hodges, Neisen <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />WHEREAS, a water area assessment of $12.14 and a water main <br />assessment of $154.96, and a sanitary sewer assessment of $660.98 were <br />paid on October 6, 1969 on receipt #8037 for Lot 6 Block 3 Gustafsons <br />3rd Addition and <br />WHEREAS, this was payment in full for all outstanding assessments. <br />THEREFORE the Ramsey County Auditor is authorized to post these <br />amounts and receipt number and cancel the 1969 installment payable in <br />1970. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Hodges and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following members voted in favor thereof: Rusted, Malvin, Blanchard, <br />Hodges, Neisen <br />and the following members voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />Clerk- Administrat <br />RESOLUTION NO. 479 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Mayor <br />
