RESOLUTION NO. 480 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the council of the Village of <br />Mounds View held on the 27th day of April, 1970, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., <br />at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota, <br />with the following members present: Rnargd,Malvin. Blanchard, Hodges <br />Neisen <br />the following members absent: None <br />Member Malvin moved the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PARKING RESTRICTION <br />ON ARDAN AVENUE BETWEEN RED OAK AND GROVELAND <br />WHEREAS, Ardan Avenue between Red Oak and Groveland <br />has been established as a M.S.A. street, and <br />WHEREAS, this portion of Ardan Avenue will have a <br />36 foot wide paved roadbed, and <br />WHEREAS, under these circumstances M.S.A. regulations <br />permit parking on only one side of said street, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that parking will be <br />permitted on one side of the street only on Ardan Avenue between <br />Red Oak and Groveland and that the Village will post no parking <br />signs on the side of Ardan Avenue where parking will be prohibited. <br />Member Hodges seconded the resolution. <br />Village Clerk <br />(SEAL) <br />Those voting in favor: Rusted, Malvin, Blanchard, Hodges, Neisen <br />those voting against: None <br />whereby the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted. <br />Mayor <br />
