RESOLUTION NO. 487 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council held on <br />the nth day of M 1970, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the <br />Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, <br />with the following members present: Rustad, Blanchard, Malvin, Neisen <br />and the following members absent: Hodges <br />Member Blanchard moved the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO WATSON <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PARTIAL <br />PAYMENT. <br />WHEREAS, Watson Construction Company owns the following <br />described property in the Village of Mounds View: <br />Except Long Lake Road and County Road J the <br />North 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Town- <br />ship 30, Range 23, and <br />Except Long Lake Road the South 1/2 of North <br />1/2 of Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township <br />30, Range 23, and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has initiated condemnation <br />proceedings over a portion of said land and has issued its Warrant <br />#198038 in the amount of $20,625.00 in partial payment in said <br />proceedings, and <br />WHEREAS, the payees on said check are Watson Construction <br />Company, Village of Mounds View, Treasurer of Ramsey County, and <br />Raymond W. Faricy, attorney, and <br />WHEREAS, there is a delinquency on payment of taxes and <br />assessments commencing with the payments for the year 1966 and <br />continuing to the present date, and <br />WHEREAS, Watson Construction Company has agreed to pay <br />all taxes and penalties for the years 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969 and <br />1970 amounting to $2,961.45, and <br />
