RESOLUTION NO. 489 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View held on the 22nd day of June, 1970, at 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, <br />Minnesota 55112, with the following members present: Rusted, Malvin, Blanchard <br />Nelsen <br />Those absent: Hodges <br />Member Rusted introduced the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE <br />JULY 1ST BURNING BAN <br />WHEREAS, on the 13th day of April, 1970, the Village Council <br />of the Village of Mounds View passed Resolution No. 174, amending Ordinance No. 124 <br />which adopts the Fire Prevention Code Recommended by the National Board of Fire <br />Underwriters, and <br />WHEREAS Article 28 of Ordinance No. 174 prohibits open burning <br />except recreational fires and fires for which a permit has been obtained from the <br />Chief of the Fire Department and the Director of the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 1, 1970; <br />the Village of Mounds View Council will enforce the provisions of said Ordinance <br />No. 174. <br />Member Blanchard seconded the resolution <br />Those voting in favor: Austad, Malvin, Blanchard, Neisen <br />Those voting against: None <br />
