Clerk- Administrat <br />RESOLUTION NO. 491 <br />VILLAGE CF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View, held on the 13th day of July, 1970, at 2401 Highway No. 10, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55112 with the following members present: Malvin, Blanchard, <br />Hodges, Neisen <br />those absent: Rustad <br />Member Malvin introduced the following resolution: <br />A RESOLUTIONT AUTHORIZING THE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR <br />TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT AS REQUESTED BY THE <br />GOVERNOR'S COMMISSION ON CRIME PREVENTION AND <br />CONTROL <br />WHEREAS the Village of Mounds View has requested funds for <br />the purchase of a two way radio, and <br />WHEREAS, said radio with accessories sells for Seven <br />Hundred Twenty -Two ($722.00) Dollars, and <br />WHEREAS the Village of Mounds View requests 507 reimbursement <br />under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Dennis S. Zylla, <br />Clerk- Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to execute such an <br />agreement as requested by the Governor's Commission on Crime Prevention and <br />Control to implement said program. <br />Member Neisen seconded the resolution <br />Those voting in favor: Malvin, Blanchard, Hodges, Neisen <br />Those voting against: None <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted this 13th day of July, <br />1970. <br />-1 r(Ty /1714---/r% <br />Acting Mayor <br />
