RESOLUTION NO. 498 <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mounds View held on the 10th day of August 1970 at 8:00 o'clock <br />P.M. at the Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota <br />55112, with the following members present: Rustad, Neisen, Blanchard, <br />Hodges, Malvin <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Malvin moved the following: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING FOURTH RIDER <br />TO AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of <br />St. Paul hereinafter called the "Board and the Village of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, hereinafter called the "Village" entered into <br />a certain agreement on the 27th day of October 1965, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board now possesses title to an easement in <br />certain real estate lying generally north of and adjacent to County <br />Road I, in Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, in Ramsey County, said <br />real estate being hereinafter called "premises and, <br />WHEREAS, the Village desires permission to enter upon said <br />certain portions of said premises for the purpose of surfacing <br />streets as hereinafter designated; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board is willing to grant said permission to <br />the Village consistent with the requirements and safety of the works of <br />the Board, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board has prepared a document entitled "Fourth <br />Rider to Agreement" for approval by the Village, <br />NOW, THERErORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village agrees to <br />the terms of the Fourth Rider to Agreement, and <br />BE Il FURTHER ;'tESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby <br />
