Exemptions <br /> 515.16 515.06.Violations and Penalties <br /> 515.01: FINDINGS PURPOSE AND INTENT: The purpose of this Section is to regulate the business <br /> of tattooing, body piercing, body branding, body scarring or body painting body art in order to protect the <br /> health and welfare of the general public.
