18 <br />Motion by Irvine, seconded by Rusted that a letter be sent to Rodney Wilson notifying <br />him that a hearing will be held on his Application for a license to sell non-intoxicating <br />malt liquor August 19 at 8:00 P.M. 5 ayes. Motion carried. <br />Motion by Achterkirch, seconded by Irvine to have the Attorney write a letter to Mr. <br />Grober -6 telling h ;..m to pay the taxss on the walk through easement and then we will pay the <br />filing :fees and have the property registered as Village property. 5 ayes. Motion carried. <br />Attorney asked to check on insurance policies and the taxes we pay on the telephone. <br />Motion by Rusted, seconded by Achterkirch to discontinue office hours on Tuesday <br />nights. 5 ayes. Motion carried. <br />Motion by Irvine, seconded by Rusted to have the Attorney draw up a resolution to <br />appoint a poundmaster. 5 ayes.
