69 <br />Meeting was set for May 9th at 7:00 P.M. for tho council to meet with the police <br />officers and dog catcher to discuss the dog situation in the village. <br />Motion by Sullivan, seconded by Smith that in view of the raid conducted by the <br />Mayor on the Meadow Brook Inn and of the results steming from such raid the license <br />of the Meadow Brook Inn be taken away for 60 days effective immediately. Motion carried <br />unanimously. Motion amended by Sullivan that the council suspend the beer, dance and <br />cigarette license of the Meadow Brook Inn. _Seconded by Smith. Motion carried unanimously. <br />After discussion'betkeen Mr. Comstock, the village engineer, and the council a motion <br />was made by Christensen to amend a previous council motion to approve the sewer and <br />water contract to be forewarded to the Mouse and Home Finance Agency and sign such contract <br />showing good faith between the village and engineer. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Gibson, seconded by Christensert that Project 1 of 1959 State Aid Survey <br />be accepted and that engineer, Mr. Comstock, work with the Minnesota Highway <br />Department in complating the state highway study for Mounds View. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />The Council then proceeded to the aucli ting of accounts, bills and demands against <br />the village.
