Comstock <br />Lester Knutson <br />Ahl! and Mann <br />CLIOC <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of March 14, 1960 'were <br />read and corrected to read as follows: The minutes of the rear <br />meeting February 1 and approved motion by Hodges seconded by Malvin <br />to approve the minutes as read; 5 ayes, motion carried. The ainutlss <br />of the special meeting held February 25th, 1960 add motion by Crane <br />seconded by Christensen for approval of the minutes; 5 ayes, motion <br />parried. <br />Motion by Malvin, seconded by Hodges to approve the minutes <br />as corrected. 5 ayes, motion carried. <br />Clerk Smith brought to the attention of the council that the <br />sPecial that the special meeting of March 28, 1960 was not adjourned <br />upon its recess on that date due to further business concerning the <br />water which may be held by the council. Smith moved, Christensen <br />seconded to adjourn special meeting of March 28, 19 5 ayes, <br />motion carried. <br />The meeting was recessed at 8:06 P.M. ii- order to conduct the <br />hearing for the installation of municipal water i_n the village. <br />The regular meeting was again called to order at 8:43 P.M. and <br />the minutes shall show that there were no formal objections registered <br />at the water hearing. Motion by Hodges, seconded by Malvin to adopt <br />the resolution on `viaterworks Improvement #1960 -2. 5 ayes, motion <br />carried. <br />Milton Stole, Chairman of the Planning Commission, reported on <br />a meeting held by that Commission on Tuesday, March 29. Mr. Stole <br />stated that the commission has received a request for construction <br />on County Road I at the junction of Adams Street by Mr. Groberg; <br />a request for the building of a service station on property owned <br />by Mrs. Bacon near Highway #10; and a request from Mr. George <br />Peterson by Mr. Lee Hetrick concerning the building of a trailer <br />service and sales unit on Highway #8. He stated that the above <br />requests would be considered at the next meeting by the commission <br />
