Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the Edgewood School in said Village on Thursday, September 1, <br />1960, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., with the following members present: <br />Crane, Smith, Christensen and Malvin <br />and the following members absent: <br />Hodges <br />of hearing called to be held on special assessments proposed to be <br />levied for special benefit derived from the construction of Waterworks <br />Improvement No. 1960 -1 and Waterworks Improvement No. 1960 -2.
