Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of tine Village or 'founds View, Minnesota was held at the Village office in said Village on the 9th day of November, 1960 at 8:02 p.m. with the following members present: Crane, Christensen, Hodges, Malvin and Smith and the following members absent: None Member Crane introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIED, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION MODIFYING ASSESSMENTS FOR MATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT. W1.EREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain assessments are to be modified, adjusted, or corrected, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following list of modifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of fifteen years, the first of the installments to be payable on or after the first Monday in January, 1961 and =hall bear interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1961. To each subsequent installment when due shall re added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. 3.
