Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular eeeting of the Village Coencil of the V,11age of Lo .:is 7iew, “innesota was held at r '1 the Red Oak School in said Village on the 23rd dae of januale 1961 at 3:00 p.m. with tne following memeers present: and the following nembers absent: Membere/eer' e_eeee,--entroduced the following resolution and moved !QC.TRACT OF MITES OF MEETING its adoption: OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ME VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, 2 A RESOLUTION MODIFYING ASSESSMENTS FOR WATER MAIN IMPROVEMEZT. WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain assessments are to be modified or divided, NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of modifications and divisions, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named teerein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be Benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of fifteen :ears, the first of the installments to be payable on or after the first Monda7 in January, 1961 and shall bear interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1961.
