After consideration of said report, member Christensen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 71 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON WATERWORKS IMPROVE- MENT NO. 1961 -1. BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows: (1) That the preliminary engineering report heretofore submitted by Comstock Davis advising this Council as to the feasibility and estimated cost of constructing waterworks improvements for the Village is hereby approved and ordered filed. (2) That said improvement shall be hereafter designated as Waterworks Improvement No. 1961 -1. (3) That this Council shall meet at the time and place specified in the form of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose of conducting a preliminary public hearing on said improvement; and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be given by publishing notice of the same in the official newspaper of the Village at least twice, which publications shall be one week apart with the last publication not later than three clays prior to said hearing.
