Newcomb <br />17 others <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAtL COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILIO.GE OF MOUNDS VIEW MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, <br />of the Villac;e Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held <br />at the Red Oak School in said Village on Wednesday, t•Iay 31, 1961, at <br />8:00 o'clock P.M., with the following members present: <br />Trustees Malvin, Blanchard and Christensen <br />and the following members absent: Hodges <br />Mrs. John L. Sullivan <br />26 others <br />The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of the Notice <br />of Preliminary Hearing called to be held at this time on Waterworks Im- <br />provement No. 1961 -1, which affidavits were examined, approved and or- <br />dered filed. <br />The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the <br />purpose of conducting said preliminary hearing; and after all members of <br />the public present were afforded an opportunity to be heard, the fol- <br />lowing persons entered oral or written objections to said improvement: <br />Mr. Mrs. M.
