View, Minnesota, as follows: <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regul'r meeting of <br />Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at <br />the Red Oak School in said Village on Monday, July 10, 1961, at 8:00 <br />o'clock P.M., with the following members present: <br />Crane, Christensen, Hodges and Malvin <br />and the following members absent: <br />Blanchard <br />Comstock Davis, Consulting Engineers, then presented their plans <br />and specifications for construction of Waterworks Improvement No. 1961-1. <br />Consideration was given to deletion of portions of said improvement and <br />member Christensen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT NO. 1961 -1 <br />AS AMENDED, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />CALLING FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Mounds <br />(1) Waterworks Improvement No. 1961 -1 is hereby amended to <br />include water mains, valves, hydrants, service lines and <br />fppurtenances in only the following streets: <br />IN FROM TO <br />T. H. #10 Spring Lake Park Road Groveland Street <br />Hillview Road Tiloodlawn Drive Edgewood Drive <br />'Co. Road H 2 Fairchild Avenue 1200 feet East of <br />Fairchild <br />Wooddale Drive Woodcrest Drive Greenwood Drive <br />Fairchild Avenue Hillview Road Sherwood Road <br />Red Oak Drive Sherwood :toad Co. Road J <br />Eastwood Road Woodcrest Drive Wooddale Drive <br />Greenwood Drive Hillview Road Snerwood Road <br />The estimated cost of said improvement as amended is less than $100,000. <br />Said improvement as amended is hereby ,ordered. <br />(2) This council shall meet at d :00 o'clock P.M. at the Red <br />Oak School in said Village on Monday, July 24, 1961, to <br />receive and consider.' sealed bids for and to award contracts for construction <br />of said improvement and the Clerk is hereby directed to cause notice to <br />be given to contractors by publishing the same in the official newspaper <br />and in the Construction Bulletin at least once no later than 10 days before <br />
