Pursuant to due call and notice tnercof, a regular meeting
<br />)f the Village Council of the Village of Mound:: View, Minnesota, was
<br />held at the Red Oa}: School in said Village on Monday, July 24, 1961,
<br />at 8:00 o'clock P.M., with the following members present: Mayor Crane,
<br />Councilmen Hodges, Malvin, Christensen and Clerk Blanchard
<br />and the following members absent: none
<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TIE
<br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
<br />The Clerk then presented Affidavits of Publication in the
<br />official newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin of a Notice to
<br />Contractors to submit bids for the construction of Waterworks Improvement
<br />No. 1961-1. Said affidavits were examined, approved and ordered filed.
<br />The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the purpose of
<br />opening and considering said bids; and the Clerk announced that he had
<br />received 11 bids for said work which, upon being opened, were found
<br />to be as follows:
