None <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF TIIE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />0001 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice therof, a special meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held <br />at the Village Office on Monday, July 31, 1961, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br />with the following members present: <br />Crane, Blanchard, Malvin, Hodges, and Christensen. <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member Crane introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE AS <br />A MEMBER OF THE INTERIM BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH <br />SUBURBAN SANITARY SE TER DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View, as one of the affected <br />municipalities has heretofore dtermined to proceed with the creation <br />of the NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SETER DISTRICT under the provisions of <br />Laws 1961, Extra session, Chapter 90, and, <br />'THEREAS, the provisions of said Act provide and require that <br />this Council shall appoint a representative who shall sit as a member <br />of an interim Board of Trustees, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES ^LVED: <br />SEC. 1: That the Council of the Village of Mounds View hereby selects <br />and appoints as a representative member on the interim Board of Trustees <br />of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District the following named <br />Council member, to -wit: Melford Christensen, who shall sit as a <br />member of said interim Board of Trustees, commencing forthwith and <br />shall continue to serve in such office until January of the year 1962 <br />and thereafter tuitil his successor is appointed and qualified. <br />
